Production Crew
The engineers, architects, and masterminds
We believe that actual plays can be more. Ours are improvised movies. Every scene contains the right sound effects and emotional music to immerse the listener and sweep them away to a faraway land. Our talented crew spends unspeakable amounts of hours pouring over every little detail to bring you the most polished actual play you’ll ever hear. Read more about them below!
Wesley Sherow
Wesley is a NYC-based entrepreneur, socialite, photographer, and all-around creative force. He first imagined Roll for Impact during a particularly turbulent moment in his life, not realizing that a passion project meant to clear his head would transform into a groundbreaking creation in the TTRPG space. Driven by an insatiable desire to innovate, Wesley poured his energy into building an extraordinary storytelling platform, now recognized for pushing the boundaries of collaborative play.
By day, he’s a real estate operator and developer, navigating the fast-paced world of property deals and urban transformation. By night, he’s a fixture in New York’s most exclusive scenes, mingling with influencers, celebrities, and fellow creatives. With camera in hand, Wesley captures the city’s electrifying energy, weaving his love for photography seamlessly into his nightlife exploits. Whether orchestrating property ventures or rolling dice with a flair, Wesley’s ultimate goal remains the same: to make every moment—both on and off the table—an unforgettable experience.

Komodo Saurian
I’m Komo. I do the editing here.
Komo creates the incredible sound design that makes all Roll for Impact productions stand apart. The epic fireball, the soft wind in trees, and way-too-realistic splattering sounds are all thanks to Komo's vision. (This addition has been added by Kaylie, much to Komo's protest)
Alex
If you happen to see a towering pile of post-it notes, take a closer look—you might spot Alex buried underneath! Alex is part of the editing team here at RFI. They are fascinated by narrative media in all its forms— books, TV shows, podcasts, zines, you name it. They can’t get enough of exploring new perspectives and diving into other worlds. When they’re not lost in another reality, Alex enjoys baking and planning silly events for friends.
Artur Goncalves
